Hi,

While removing GO TO statements from the BLAS, I noticed that the dortmg and srotmg routines were not tested in the BLAS, and were not used in LAPACK.

Could somebody just confirm that this routine needs to be in the BLAS.

Does somebody know if there is a testing for it somewhere...
