Hi lapackers, 

I would be in favor of 
- editing the comments of all lapack src files to support doxygen
- adding .f90 after all files
- but first contacting mathworks as suggested by Jason

Note (minors):

- we definitely need to rewrite all math formulae so that they do look nice 
in doxygen format, we can have students doing this, 
otherwise, it can get ugly, see, e.g.,  [1]

- author: for author we need to be careful .... For example for [1], it can't 
read: 
" Author: LAPACK is a software package provided by Univ. of Tennessee, Univ. 
of California Berkeley, Univ. of Colorado Denver and NAG Ltd.."
We definitely need to put Brian as the author for this subroutine.

So also the script can do most of it, we want some manual editing I believe.
